Pilates on the Reformer is a world-renowned workout method designed to build strength, flexibility, and optimal postural alignment. Guided by an instructor, you'll perform controlled movements using springs and pulleys on a moving carriage, deeply engaging your core. Classes are available at various intensity levels, making it suitable for everyone—from gentle rehab to advanced fitness. Contact us to find out which class format suits you best!

The Reformer, developed by Joseph Pilates, is a versatile piece of equipment that allows for a wide variety of exercises. Thanks to its spring-based resistance, it helps strengthen deep muscles while lengthening and sculpting the body.

Other small props may be used in Pilates classes such as: exercise balls, resistance bands, foam rollers, etc.

Pilates exercises teach you to activate your core muscles in the right sequence. By doing this, you create new neuromuscular pathways (which is how the brain tells your muscles to move) and establish new, healthy movement patterns. But Pilates is about much more than just flat abs and a strong core.

Pilates :
- conditions the entire body and aims for
symmetry through balanced muscle development.
- enhances your silhouette
- restores healthy posture and vitality
- allows movement to be evenly distributed throughout your body and spine using the full range of motion (ROM) of your joints safely.

After a Pilates session, you feel an overall sense of wellbeing (not to mention, you may feel and look a bit
taller too).

Acute injuries or post-surgical recovery: If you’re recovering from a recent injury or surgery, please consult a healthcare professional before starting Pilates or contact our center to talk to our instructors. Private classes may be recommended.

Severe osteoporosis: Certain movements may not be suitable due to an increased risk of fractures.

Pregnancy: Pilates can often be beneficial during pregnancy, but please contact our center first to discuss whether our classes are appropriate for your individual needs.
